Oren Netzer and co-founder Alex Livrant launched DoubleVerify at the height of Web 2.0 in 2008. The two companies have a long-standing partnership, and we wanted to find out why this relationship has lasted so long and worked for investors. Bloomberg led the company to a $3.5 million Series A round and entered a $10 million Series B round. The company later led a debt financing and a private equity round. DoubleVerify went public in April 2021.
